About the role  
Our centralised administrative team support services for all Queensland clients by maintaining accurate client records and service information. This ensures seamless operations within our systems and the My Aged Care platform, bolstering efficiency and reliability.
  
Key Responsibility Areas

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, care plans, and services.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling travel for the assessment team to ensure adequate coverage and care delivery.
  • Respond to inquiries from residents, families, and service providers, offering assistance and information as needed.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and budget tracking for services and resources
  • Ensure that all administrative processes align with aged care regulations and standards
  • Responsible for updating service information, including updating the Client Record with key service events, as required.

Requirements

  • Cert III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Current work experience in aged care or aged care assessment preferred.
  • Familiarity with the aged care sector and relevant processes.
  • A high level of communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in the use of client and staff information Systems (e.g. TRACC’s, Alayacare and Aurion)
