Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a flexible, integrated approach to support individuals in the community through Occupational Therapy.
- Provide holistic, recovery-oriented service delivery, adhering to program guidelines.
- Monitor and review the quality and effectiveness of services provided to customers.
- Develop and maintain effective community partnerships and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and funding program guidelines.
- Manage your daily schedule to achieve billable hours, complete necessary reports, and participate in continuous improvement processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Significant relevant experience in the health, community, or social service sector.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment while managing competing priorities.
- A current open Queensland Driver’s Licence and a willingness to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate and a satisfactory National Coordinated Criminal History Check.
Desirable Attributes:
- A demonstrated understanding of community sector support services relevant to diverse groups.
- Experience with NDIS participants, including knowledge of functional assessments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the role.
