Australian Nursing Agency Network has become You+Aus

Formerly known as Australian Nursing Agency Network (ANAN), You+Aus (You and Aus) brings together the largest family of boutique healthcare brands supporting all types of healthcare professionals to relocate their healthcare career to Australia.

ANAN previously only offered work to Nurses and Midwives, and we’re excited to now provide opportunities to all healthcare professionals supporting them on their journey to Australia.

As part of the You+Aus boutique agency of 9 brands, our candidates can now transfer between their location of choice, work on a casual basis, pick up a rural and remote placement or even decide to take a permanent role. Through our dedicated partnerships with training organisations, You+Aus offer courses to up-skill, with opportunities to work in new areas of interest and to maintain their CPD points in line with Australian regulations.

Working with You+Aus gives healthcare professionals the freedom to choose the type of work and where they want to work, to enable them to enjoy what Australia has to offer, from swimming in the most beautiful beaches in the world or exploring the outback in the Australian desert.

The Australian healthcare working environment is favourable to overseas candidates for its flexibility, patient ratios, pay rates and diverse range of work offered, so we will continue to offer support for those candidates who have applied through the ANAN brand until we fully transition to You+Aus.

As with ANAN, our candidates will always be supported on their journey to working in Australia by the You+Aus Team, with assistance on getting AHPRA registered, choosing the right visa, tips on securing accommodation and more.

Once candidates are successfully onboarded and choose their location of choice, they will be placed into the capable hands of one of our family brands who will support them to get work while in Australia and organise agency-run events for candidates to meet new people. You+Aus will continue to support candidates on their journey in Australia, whether they decide on a change of scenery or want support with their visa, You+Aus will be there.
